Good Afternoon Lutz parents and caretakers!
If you look ahead to next week to my (possibly your) surprise the calendar says October! For a guy whose world revolves around the fall I couldn’t be happier to welcome in chillier mornings that makes coffee taste a little better and to reintroduce those pair of wool socks that have been stuffed in the back of your dresser. Some may not share these same joys and that’s okay too so enjoy this warm weather as much as you can! We have entered into the 2020/21 school calendar and we cannot thank you enough for your patience and support you have all shown during our restart.

2. Lutz and Beyond: We will also be holding our first ever virtual agency night as well this year. We will be inviting Michigan Rehab Services, Disability Network, The ARC of Macomb, Community Mental Health and Liz Foradori from New Horizon to talk to all families about all the wonderful services and information these find groups and individuals offer to support our young adults. I’ve been to 10 years of them and I still learn something new every time I go! October 22nd 6:00-8:00 PM (Zoom Link to come)
