Principal Report:
Lutz wanted to extent a very heartfelt thank you to the parent group for the kind words and donation to Glynn Helfers memorial and Bench ceremony. The ceremony was a wonderful event we got to share with his family, friends and colleagues.
The ring ceremony went exceptionally well. We had a really great turn out of completers families and friends to support and cheer them on as they received their rings. All 30 completers were presented rings.

Current LPG Balance:
Unknown at this time. Waiting on checks to clear for updated balance.

1. Halloween Dance:
Some concerns with sign in tables. Next dance the group decided to go back to the two table setup for checking in students as they arrive.

2. Pie Fundraiser recap: postponed as Norma was not in attendance

3. Conference Meal:
Staff wanted to thank the parent group for such a generous and delicious dinner at conferences!
A staff thank you card was given at meeting

4. Spirit Wear:
Really great sale and things went smooth.
Ann is still waiting on invoice
There were about 50 orders
Ann did have to pay for samples but without logo. Parent group will decide what to do with those.

5. Valentine Dance:
Janni and Ann Martin with be in charge of this dance.
Pizza will be served
Date is February 13th

6. Giving Tree and Spirit wear was awesome.
Lutz students brought in so many donations that filled our bins.
Barb Parker and Katie Foukes came in and helped create 91 bags to be donated to kids and people in need.
