Last week everyone did a great job helping out around the house, cleaning, and picking up. Below are some pictures that weren’t posted before of some cleaning that was done:

• What is your favorite indoor cleaning task at home? (Dusting, making beds, vacuuming, etc.): Bringing my dirty dishes to the sink.

• What would be your Most Dreaded outdoor cleaning task at home? : Having to deal with mulch, placing it around the various plants.
• How much time do you think you spend a day cleaning at home?: My mother does 90% of the cleaning, so compared to her I do maybe 15-20 minutes a day.
• How much time do you think you spend a week cleaning at home?: Maybe 2 hours total
• When you clean, do you like to work alone or with someone?: With someone, makes it go faster!
• What about cleaning when you are or were at Lutz. What cleaning tasks did/do you like the most?: My favorite was grounds and gardens.

• What is your favorite indoor cleaning task at home? (Dusting, making beds, vacuuming, etc.): making my bed
• Do you have any specific indoor cleaning tasks/chores that you do every day at home? What are they?: I help with wiping, dishes, bedroom, laundry and picking up my stuff. I take my dirty clothes and put them in the wash.

• What is your favorite outdoor cleaning task at home? (raking leaves, weeding, picking up garbage, etc.): I don’t like any of it but I help pick up leaves

• What about cleaning when you are or were at Lutz. What cleaning tasks did/do you like the most?: I clean the kitchen, dishes, dryer. I work at little ceasar so I do the grease, clean all the time there.

• Do you have any specific indoor cleaning tasks/chores that you do every day at home? What are they?: Puting my dishes in the sink, making my bed; sweeping & Swiffering.

• What would be your Most Dreaded outdoor cleaning task at home? : Weeding. It’s hard for me to bend. Snow shoveling in winter. Brrrr!

• How much time do you think you spend a week cleaning at home?: I think that I work hundreds of hours each week at home. For some reason, my mom keeps laughing.

• What about cleaning when you are or were at Lutz. What cleaning tasks did/do you like the most?: In Production & Assembly while I was at Lutz, I put together new patient folders for the Henry Ford Hospital. I also cleaned tables while I was there.

• Since I am a virtual student full-time, my weekly assignments from Mr. Vinny vary. We have to record ourselves (or have someone record us), doing different things.
• Some weeks it’s fixing a healthy snack; exercising; sweeping/Swiffering/vacuuming; washing dishes/running the dishwasher, etc.

• Do you have any specific indoor cleaning tasks/chores that you do every day at home? What are they?: Make my bed, clean my room and put napkins and silverware on table.

What are they?: Vacuuming the whole house (main floor, basement and stairs to basement)…..carpet and hard floors (kitchen, laundry room, dining room, entry and hallways and bathrooms, collect garbage for garbage day and put clean sheets on my bed.

• What is your favorite outdoor cleaning task at home? (raking leaves, weeding, picking up garbage, etc.): Vacuuming out the vehicles and garage floor.

• When you clean, do you like to work alone or with someone?: Alone usually, but I like it if someone is also cleaning something else in the house. It is really fun if we are listening to music on our whole house speaker system while we work!
• What about cleaning when you are or were at Lutz. What cleaning tasks did/do you like the most?: I loved vacuuming! I am a second-year student and have been learning remotely this year because of the COVID stuff, but I got to go vacuum at a church a few times last year as a special invitation by the maintenance crew teacher. I am currently in that class this year.
• What cleaning tasks did you or do you not enjoy doing at Lutz?: I love pretty much all of it. But cleaning toilets is my least favorite.
• What cleaning tasks did you do in the kitchen today?: I used Windex Multipurpose spray and a paper towel to wipe off the microwave on top and on the front. (The inside was already clean.). And I used Invisible Glass spray and a paper towel to wipe off the kitchen glass table and placemats.
